DNR damaged buoy found on shore, 40 corks, they arent really
pollution unless their plastic or painted. If they are painted, we
consider it color pollution.
Stumphole River Rats/Stumphole Yacht Club
11 each 55 gallon bags of plastic bottles, aluminum cans,
20lb propane tank, 3 abandoned coolers, and various other items
from Santee State Park, Persanti Island, and Stumphole area
Santee Bunch
6 kayaks and 1 motorboat particicpated, 8 human participants,
Collected 7 large and several small trash bags, 2 tires, a charcoal
grill, lawn chair
OxBow Indian Mound Treasures
6 huge black trash bags plastic bottles, 1/2 huge bag
glass bottles, some really large pieces of styrofoam, 1/2 bag of
flip-flop shoes, odds and ends shoes
Low Falls Litter Control
2 huge bags of garbage was picked up around Low Falls Landing. Each
piece of trash and debris removed from any location is one step
closer to better water quality. Thanks to you Low Falls Litter
Control, the landing is cleaner than it was before you arrived.
